GripeO.com Investigation for Fraud, Impersonation and Perjury – Fake Copyright Takedown Scam


GripeO was an online complaint portal based in Buffalo, New York which allowed consumer users to submit feedback for businesses.

Based on our last investigation around defaulters.com and defrauders.com , we found that gripeo.com and skepticfiles.com also related to each other.

www.skepticfiles.org and gripeo.com is operated by the same admin as they share same social media accounts.

When we clicked on social media account of  skepticfiles.org we redirected to facebook page of gripeo .i.e - https://www.facebook.com/CriticalGrid


When we investigate around gripeo.com in google we found they are basically a extortion website, they ask hefty amount for the deletion, if you want to remove the post from there website you have to pay huge amount..

Some reddit links are there which shows there true face . -https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments/q7ln90/gripeocom_scam/ , they ask for 8k USD for the deletion of single post from the website . 

Gripeo.com and skepticfiles.org main business is to extract the money from small business they just put the fake and negative reviews around your business and ask money which is around 5,000-8000 USD to delete the same.

There are several complaints in google for the gripeo.com which states that they are extortion website and they also involve is stealing the content from other websites.
