Cue all manner of gaslighting, starting with a bunch of bogus DMCA takedown notices. I loosely keep track of DMCA takedowns filed to hide the scam done by this organization. HULT Private Capital really went to town with their efforts to hide the negative content on the internet.
Content Used In Fake DMCA By HULT Private Capital  - 
"COPYRIGHT LOGO used without permission to promote defamation. This can be seen on google search results. The logo of HULT Private Capital appears in their listings. Bing have removed it. Gripeo.com have no rights to be using our logo without permissions."
