In our investigation we found defaulters.com and defrauders.com involve in hiding the information related to gcg asia scam from the internet, by filing fraudulent copyright takedown notice on large scale it's one of them. 
Whois history shows both website belongs to same person or organisation. Basically they claim or white label themselves as a review rating website to hide, but actually they are reputation firm. 
Defaulters.com and defrauders.com are not only website that are involve in fake DMCA there are many more website skepticfiles.org.
In further investigation we found that www.skepticfiles.org is also related to defrauders.com and defaulters.com, right now skepticfiles.org is not index in google, but it can be index anytime.

According to there website there mailing address for legal communication only –
SkepticFiles.org  - 276 Chapman Road STE 105-4, Newark, Delaware – 19702
Content Used In Fake DMCA By Defaulters.com/Defrauders.com - 
"Entire article, including researched material, reporting, content, media files and images has been infringed upon. The 'republished' version on a free-host blog based in China failed to mention any credits or reference, nor links back to the original source - defaulters.com. Defaulters.com has been online since 2002 and has over 200k articles published."
