Our review of Holysmoke.org is very critical because it makes Swiss Immo Trust AG an entity of suspicious character, stupid enough to commit perjury, impersonation, and fraud to manage their (sic) reputation or lack thereof.

"Entire article, our" research and analysis, was published by an offshore website without consent. In spite of several notifications, no one bothers to respond to us to give us a trackback or credit."

"This business is considered controversial because it often means that cheaper living space is lost. Before the conversion into residential property is possible, the previous tenants have to give way.

Between 2010 and 2014, Swiss Immo Trust was involved in more than 50 such changes of ownership. 43 of these were condominiums, spread over a total of five construction projects. The properties are all located in the area between Schützenmatt and Kannenfeldpark. Always involved in all these projects : Rudolf Flösser, executive director of Scientology Basel.

The largest project was the superstructure between Türkheimerstrasse and Spalenring. There, Swiss Immo Trust bought two older properties in order to replace them with a new building with 21 condominiums."
